Deliveries, Moving In/Out

 

Storage of all resident's property, not within the confines of the unit, is to placed in the Car Park caged area adjacent to the unit's allocated car spot. No washing is to visible to other residents, from the balcony of the unit.

Delivery of parcels, not able to fit into the post boxes, is to be delivered to the front door, and left in the entrance foyer for prompt collection by the resident/unit owner.

Residents moving in or out of the building, must advise the Estate Manager of these intentions more than 72  hours before the event and pay the prescribed deposit, which is refundable when no damage has occurred during the move. This fee also covers the cost of installing and removing the protective covers for the lift. When moving, consideration should also be given to the use of the lift by other residents.

Moving In/Out is NOT allowed on Sundays or Public Holidays. It is restricted  to between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm on Monday to Fridays and from 8.00 am and 3.00 pm on Saturdays.
