The building is insured adequately and the level of cover held is re-considered after professional advise is received.

Appropriate third party insurance coverage is also held.

It is the responsibility of each unit owner to insure their own contents, including all household goods, clothing, etc whether it be held in the unit, the allocated car space and the storage cage adjacent to the car space.
