Strata Fees
Strata fee levy notices are sent to unit owners about 3 weeks before they are due each quarter.

Strata Fees are adjusted each year to reflect the changes in the maintenance budgets and the admin budgets. These changes are considered at the Annual General Meeting or shortly thereafter. Each unit in the building has a specific unit entitlement that is the basis to the determination of each unit's strata fee.
​
Strata fees are due no later than the 1st February, 1st May, 1st August and 1st November.
