UTILITIES - Gas, Water & Electricity

Each unit has their gas, water and electricity usage metered and residents will be billed by their own utility supplier for their usage. Please note that each unit is fitted with either, a gas-fired or electrical hot plate cooker and that induction hot plate cookers are NOT permitted in Acacia, due to the limited power supply to the building.
